We have included the Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) exercises as a part of our Breeding Program. These exercises are conducted once daily from the third to the 16th days, which are a period believed to be a time of rapid neurological growth and development. Even though puppies are very immature during this time frame, they are sensitive and respond to ENS.
The US Military developed this method designed to improve the performance of future military working dogs, according to the Breeding Better Dogs program developed by Dr. Carmen Battaglia, esteemed breeder, judge, seminar presenter, and AKC board member.
When performed correctly, ENS is believed to impact the neurological system by kicking it into action earlier than would be normally expected, the result being an increased capacity that later will help to make the difference in its performance, according to Breeding Better Dogs. ENS is time sensitive and must be performed from the third to the 16th days of a puppy’s life.
Five benefits have been observed in canines that were exposed to ENS, including improved cardio vascular performance (heart rate); stronger heart beats; stronger adrenal glands; more tolerance to stress; and greater resistance to disease.
In tests of learning, ENS stimulated pups were more active and exploratory than their non- stimulated littermates, according to Breeding Better Dogs.
We have put alot of time, thought and resources into providing high quality puppies to loving homes. Our focus is on temperament, intelligence, and beauty. Added to this is the Champion Bloodlines.
Our vet says that our puppies are the friendliest he's ever seen, and we are continually made aware of how easy they are to train, by customers and by our own observation.
The health of our puppies is very important to us. We keep our puppies up to date on all wormings, vaccinations and other vet protocol. We always remove dew claws. We also dock their tails unless you have an early deposit down and pick your puppy before it is 2 days old and let us know that you prefer a tail. We house all our breeders here on our 15 acre farm. We treat our dogs like family, because that’s what they are.
We have started to breed the Copper Points into our line of Doodles. People Love them and so do we!!!!
